对27例急性粒单、单核细胞白血病进行了细胞遗传学分析。其中15例检出染色体畸变。4例M4中2例为inv（16）（p13q22）。M523例、12例有核型异常，其中涉及11q23结构异常者7例。显示11q23突变在急性单核细胞白血病中有着重要的生物学作用。
Twenty-seven acute myelomonocytic leukemias were analyzed by cytogenetics. Among them, 15 cases detected chromosomal aberrations. Two of the four cases of M4 were inv (16) (p13q22). M523 cases, 12 cases of karyotype abnormalities, including 11q23 structural abnormalities in 7 cases. The 11q23 mutation has been shown to have an important biological role in acute monocytic leukemia.
