介绍了ＨＰＬＣ检测食物中硒的方法。实验表明：用甲醇水洗脱，灵敏度高，结果准确，在０．０－２．０ｕｇ／ｍｌ范围内呈线性，相关系数，ｒ＝０．９９９８，回收率为９８．８２％，变异系数ＲＳＤ＝３．１８％。
The method of detecting selenium in food by HPLC was introduced. The experimental results showed that the elution showed good linearity in the range of 0.0-2.0ug / ml with r = 0.9998, the recovery was 98.82% and the coefficient of variation was RSD = 3.18%.
