介绍了HPLC检测食物中硒的方法。实验表明:用甲醇水洗脱,灵敏度高,结果准确,在0.0-2.0ug/ml范围内呈线性,相关系数,r=0.9998,回收率为98.82%,变异系数RSD=3.18%。
The method of detecting selenium in food by HPLC was introduced. The experimental results showed that the elution showed good linearity in the range of 0.0-2.0ug / ml with r = 0.9998, the recovery was 98.82% and the coefficient of variation was RSD = 3.18%.
