当前,邮政代理金融若想健康、快速发展,必须结合金融网点转型的契机,以综合改革为突破口,加快形成以客户为中心的、具有零售银行特征的组织架构,培育和提升竞争力。实施途径宜从以下五方面着手,深入推进综合改革。1.组织架构上,实行归口管理、统一营销要打破目前代理金融的组织架构,形成以个人金融业务部、运行管理部、网点管理部构成的零售业务核心板块,以金融市场部、电子银行部、中间业务部、汇兑业务部等构成零售产品支撑板块。
