职业高中的学生普遍存在缺乏自信心或自卑的现象。笔者分析了这种现象产生的原因,并结合多年教育教学工作经验,总结出一整套培养学生自信心的方法。如:培养学生形成正确的自我概念,克服或避免自卑心理的产生;努力培养学生的成就动机;培养学生形成正确的归因;培养学生形成良好的学习、生活习惯。希望能通过如此种种,提高教育效果,为社会培养更多更好的专业技术性人才。
Vocational high school students generally lack the confidence or inferiority phenomenon. The author analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, combined with many years of education and teaching experience, summed up a set of ways to develop students’ self-confidence. Such as: training students to form the correct self-concept, to overcome or avoid the generation of inferiority; strive to cultivate students achievement motivation; develop students to form the correct attribution; training students to form a good learning and living habits. Hope that through such a variety, improve education effectiveness, for the community to develop more and better professional and technical personnel.
