木兰湖灌片原设计灌溉面积19.6万亩,由于种种原因,该水库不能满足国民经济发展的要求,其灌溉保证率只有58%左右。灌片工程规划建设提水泵站一处,输水渠道7.81KM,设计流量3.06m3/S,工程建成后,灌片内灌溉保证率达到80%;以满足灌片内工业用水和人畜饮水的需求。
