将家兔主动脉平滑肌细胞分别培养于含不同浓度正常和高脂家兔血清低密度脂蛋白的培养基内,于48h后发现,前者对细胞生长无显著影响。而后者可引起其增殖(P<0.05)。
Rabbit aortic smooth muscle cells were cultured in different concentrations of normal and high-fat rabbit serum LDL-containing medium, after 48h found that the former had no significant effect on cell growth. While the latter caused its proliferation (P <0.05).
