通过将同种肾上腺组织移植入DBA/2小鼠睾丸内和皮下,利用光镜和电镜,对移植肾上腺组织存活情况及组织反应进行了观察.在移植后第20天,60例皮下移植肾上腺组织无一存活.而睾丸内移植的60只小鼠中,有13例存活.两组结果在统计学上有极显著差别.睾丸内存活的肾上腺组织保持了正常的形态结构;在未存活的标本中,35例有明显的组织反应,且各有其特点.此外,还发现白膜外侧的肾上腺组织可使受者致敏,此时睾丸即失去免疫豁免特性.这增加了临床利用睾丸免疫豁免区做为移植部位的可能性.
