Corporate governance structure is a kind of supervision and check-and-balance mechanism to coordinate the relationship between the owner and the manager of the company under the modern enterprise system and other stakeholders. It is the basic guarantee for the company to effectively carry out production and operation and achieve the goal of the enterprise.
