目的 :探讨椎骨上关节突间距 (IFD)与椎弓根间距 (IPD)的内在规律 ,为诊断椎管狭窄提供参考值。方法 :对 10 0套脊柱C2 ~S1的IFD与IPD进行解剖学测量。结果 :IFD与IPD :C2 ~C7呈“山峰”形变化 ,比值除C2 外均接近 1 0 ;T1~T12 出现“马鞍”形趋势 ,最小在T5~T6 ;L1~S1递增 ,比值从 0 76增至 0 85。结论 :IFD、IPD及IFD/IPD三者均为 :C2 ~C5、C6 递增 ,C5、C6 ~T5、T6 递减 ,向下至S1又递增 ,IFD/IPD可客观地衡量上关节突向内增生的程度 ,做为诊断椎管狭窄的标准之一。
Objective: To explore the inherent rules of intervertebral articular process (IFD) and pedicle distance (IPD), and to provide reference for the diagnosis of spinal stenosis. Methods: Anatomical measurements of the IFD and IPD in 100 sets of spine C2 ~ S1 were performed. Results: IFD and IPD: C2 ~ C7 showed a “mountain” shape change, the ratio of which was close to 10 except for C2; the trend of “saddle” appeared between T1 ~ T12 and the smallest was between T5 and T6; Increase to 0 85. CONCLUSION: IFD, IPD and IFD / IPD are all in the following order: C2 ~ C5, C6 increase, C5, C6 ~ T5, T6 decrease, decrease from S1 to S1, IFD / IPD can objectively measure Degree, as one of the criteria for diagnosis of spinal stenosis.
