2004年,西北民族大学的张栋老师将《高等艺术教育中培养复合型人才的理论与实践》作为立项课题,以科学的判断与决策性、应用性、批判性作为该课题研究的方向和宗旨,就我国高等艺术教育的现状、规模、前景及发展方向等问题进行了系统的调查与反思,并就艺术教育及艺术人才在社会中的包容性和市场唯一性方面进行了理性的分析与批判,从而得出了艺术教育新的理论观点和方法。这个课题对我国在教育资源及人才资源合理配置,标准量化,艺术教育发展建设等方面将起到一定科学和合理的建设性作用。本文(上)部分见2005年第2期。
