从上个世纪80年代末党中央国务院提出“稳定东部,发展西部”的石油工业新战略,到本世纪初,中国石油集团公司提出“东部硬稳定,西部快发展”新的战略定位,西部一直是充满期待之地,也是希望之地。新疆三大油田克服了地质条件复杂、自然环境艰苦等不利因素,油气产量或保持了稳定增长,或实现了快速发展。使新疆成为我国石油工业发展最活跃的地区之一。
From the end of the 1980s, the CPC Central Committee and State Council proposed a new oil industry strategy of “stabilizing the east and developing the west”. By the turn of the century, CNPC proposed a new strategy of “hard and steady in the east and rapid development in the west” Positioning, the West has always been full of expectations, but also the hope of the land. The three major oil fields of Xinjiang have overcome the unfavorable factors of complicated geological conditions and difficult natural environment. The output of oil and gas has maintained steady growth or has achieved rapid development. Make Xinjiang become one of the most active areas for the development of China’s oil industry.
