Journals are an important type of literature in modern publications. The article focuses on the characteristics and collection and management of modern periodicals. The article holds that under the network environment, it is of great significance to master the types of modern periodicals resources and understand the characteristics of modern periodicals, and to collect and manage modern periodicals.
