为加强马铃薯生产的国际合作,推动我国马铃薯产业的发展,派团对马铃薯生产强国比利时进行了考察。通过考察,较全面了解了比利时马铃薯种植制度、种薯生产管理、病虫害重点是晚疫病测报和防治等情况。对照比利时成功经验,针对我国马铃薯生产的制约因素,有的放矢提出了相应加快我国马铃薯产业发展的有力措施。
In order to strengthen international cooperation in potato production and promote the development of the potato industry in our country, a mission to Belgium, a strong potato producer, was conducted. Through inspection, a more comprehensive understanding of the Belgian potato planting system, seed production management, pests and diseases focus on late blight and other control measures. According to the successful experience of Belgium, aiming at the restrictive factors of potato production in our country, we put forward the corresponding measures to speed up the development of potato industry in our country.
