大直径浅圆仓是一个全新的仓型,无论是设计还是使用都处在探索阶段。作者在设计实践中,就浅圆仓的几何尺寸确定、工艺设计、仓顶和仓壁结构设计与计算等关键技术问题进行了探讨,提出了一些新的设计思路。在进行仓壁内力计算时,采用了符合仓壁实际受力状况的薄壁圆筒壳计算模型,并利用MATHCAD软件计算出了仓壁内力的精确结果。
The large-diameter shallow roundhouse is a brand-new warehouse type, and it is in the exploration stage whether design or use. In the design practice, the author discussed the key technical issues such as the determination of the geometry of the shallow silo, the process design, the design and calculation of the silo roof and silo wall structure, and proposed some new design ideas. In the calculation of the internal force of the silo wall, a thin-walled cylindrical shell calculation model that meets the actual stress condition of the silo wall was used, and the accurate results of the internal force of the silo wall were calculated using the MATHCAD software.
