人类进入21世纪以来,社会经济形态飞速发展,伴随着的是传统工业的衰退以及产业结构的重新调整,其次随之而来的是大量闲置或废弃的旧厂房。为了带动地区可持续发展,并为城市注入新的活力,如何最大限度地利用现有的闲置或废弃厂房,发挥社会资源,是亟待我们考虑的重要课题。本文通过分析旧工业建筑保护再利用的意义,探讨了旧厂房改造为创意工作室的优势以及改造思路,并结合大华纱厂的案例深度研究其实践价值,以期对城市规划旧厂房改造再利用产生一定的借鉴意义。
Since human beings entered the 21st century, the rapid development of social and economic forms has accompanied the decline of traditional industries and readjustment of industrial structure, followed by a large number of old factories that were idle or abandoned. In order to bring about sustainable development in the region and inject new vitality into the city, it is an important issue that we should consider urgently to maximize the use of existing idle or abandoned factories and make full use of social resources. Based on the analysis of the significance of the protection and reuse of old industrial buildings, this paper discusses the advantages and reformation ideas of transforming the old factory into the creative studio, and deeply studies its practical value with the case of Dahua Mill, with a view to rebuilding and rebuilding the old factory buildings in urban planning.
