我省财政监察工作,是围绕着财政工作总的任务、方针政策和客观形势发展的需要,在中央与各级党、政、监委的正确领导、业务部门的协助,以及所有监察人员的努力,特别是在总路线的光辉照耀下,逐步发展、扩充起来的。四年来,机构从没有到全部建立,干部由缺少到逐渐充实,工作由零乱到较正常的开展,而且检查、揭发与处理了许多问题。对教育干部,改进工作,贯彻财政制度,加强财务管理,密切政、群关系,起了一定作用;同时通过工作,监察人员也得到锻炼提高。为进一步加强财政监察,保证过渡时期财政方针、政策的贯彻执行,促进国家建设事业的发展,创造了有利条件,成绩是不小的。但由于财政监察是一项新的工作,在摸索前进的过程中,也发生一些缺点与问题,亟需克服和改进。
