湖南省人民委员会指示一九五五年八月二十七(55)会五字第○七九六号据湖南省气象局(55)气业字第○七九六号报关新修订「湖南省灾害性天气警报发布暂行办法」,经我会研究同意,特予转发,希研究执行。一、为了防止和减少风、雨、霜冻等自然灾害,保证工业、农业、林业、水利、航运、铁道、渔业等生产事业、人民生命财产和国家资财的安全,根据一九五四年三月六日前中央人民政府政务院「关于加强灾害性天气的预报、警报和预防工作的指示」及一九五五年一月中央气象局颁发的「灾害性」天气警报发布暂行办法」,结合我省具体情况,制定本办法。
