“女子三人”是我国技巧开展最晚的一个项目。几年来,各队在这个项目上发展了一些较好的难度,使该项水平有所提高。但是,从近年各次比赛中来看,“女三”第一套中各队选用的各种倒立、平衡造型动作,显得有些雷同,花样还不多。如何去创新,去开辟新的路子,这是摆在我们面前的一项新的课题。根据“女三”的特点,我们在这方面做了一些尝示:(一)过去通常习惯大多都是“下面人”在各种不同位置,始终保持头朝上的部位,用手去举或托“上面人”的倒立或造型。而我们把它反过来,使“中间人”变成头朝下,用脚或腿去举或托“上面人”的倒立、造型。(二)过去大多都是“上面人”在“下面人”搭起的各种架子上做倒立,而我们让“中间人”做倒立,“上面
“Women’s Three” is the latest project in our country. Over the years, the teams have developed some better levels of difficulty in this project, raising the level. According to the characteristics of the “Ladies”, we have done some tacit understanding in this respect: (1) In the past, most people used to be mostly “below people” in various positions and always keep their heads upwards. (2) In the past, most people in the past were upside down on the various shelves set up by “the following people,” and we let the “middleman” do the opposite.
