前言用听诊法测定动脉血压的过程中,有时在未对动脉加压时也能听到脉音。这一现象曾被称为“零点血压”,“听不完的响声”,“无休止音”等。这些名词都不尽确切。本文把它改称为“零点脉音”,即血管壁未受外力压迫时所呈现的听诊现象。以前的临床生理学家曾经认为,零点脉音是主动脉瓣膜闭锁不全的特殊症状。现已确定,在其他疾病临床中、以及甚至健康的人和动物也能在一定条件下呈现零点脉
Foreword Auscultation in the determination of arterial blood pressure in the process, sometimes without arterial pressure can also hear the pulse. This phenomenon has been called “zero blood pressure”, “sound can not be heard”, “endless sound” and so on. These terms are not exact. This article renamed it “zero pulse”, that is, when the vessel wall is not oppressed by the external pressure presented by auscultation phenomenon. Previous clinical physiologists once thought that the zero point pulse is a particular symptom of aortic valve insufficiency. It has been established that in other clinical conditions, as well as even healthy humans and animals, can exhibit zero-point veins under certain conditions
