下各镇为仙居县东乡最大集镇。这里的集市贸易是由古老的集市发展而来的,相传至今已有四百多年的历史。建国后,集市成了恢复经济,促进城乡物资交流的重要场所。1958年—1978年出现了限制集市贸易活动的错误做法,市期有了较大的变动。1978年后,恢复原有市日,随着商品经济的发展,集市的规模也日益扩大,逐渐形成了粮食、牲畜、木材、肉食禽蛋、蔬菜、水果等农贸市场,每市上市者万余人次,旺季近2万人次,下各镇成了该区最大的集市贸易中心。
The next town is the largest market town of Dongxiang, Xianju County. The bazaar trade here has evolved from the ancient bazaar, and it has been passed down over 400 years. After the founding of the People’s Republic, the market became an important place to restore the economy and promote the exchange of goods between the urban and rural areas. From 1958 to 1978, the wrong practice of restricting the bazaar’s trading activities appeared, and the market period has undergone major changes. After 1978, with the restoration of the original market days, with the development of the commodity economy, the scale of the bazaar has also expanded, gradually forming a farmer’s market for food, livestock, timber, meat, poultry, eggs, vegetables, fruits, etc. There were more than 20,000 person-times in the peak season, and the next town became the largest market trade center in the area.
