人才,一般是指有一技之长的人。国家人事部在统计上把具有中专以上学历并有技术专长的人员简称为人才。 高级专门人才,指在某一科学、技术领域甚至经济社会组织中具有权威地位、发挥重要作用,以及占据关键岗位、掌握核心机密的人才。
Talent, generally refers to people with skills. The Ministry of Personnel of the People's Republic of China has referred to personnel who have the technical secondary school diploma or above for their talents as a talented person on a statistical basis. Senior professionals refer to those people who have the authority and role of playing an important role in a certain science and technology field or even economic and social organizations as well as occupying key positions and mastering core secrets.
