运用ProCAST软件对滑枕铸件充型、凝固结束后的残余应力场进行模拟分析,获得了滑枕铸件残余应力场分布规律。结果表明:滑枕铸件的丝杆安装面上的应力主要是压应力,主轴箱安装面上的应力主要是拉应力,其余测试面上拉、压应力同时并存,丝杆安装面和主轴箱安装面上的残余应力是滑枕产生弯曲变形的主要原因。滑枕主轴轴承安装部位为应力集中区域,其最大应力值达到195.6MPa,该部位易产生变形或开裂。通过数值模拟获得铸件残余应力的大小及分布规律,可为滑枕结构的设计与优化提供参考依据。
ProCAST software was used to simulate the residual stress field of ram casting and the residual stress field after solidification. The distribution of residual stress field of ram casting was obtained. The results show that the stress on screw mounting surface of ram castings is mainly compressive stress, the stress on the mounting surface of spindle headbox is mainly tensile stress, and the other test surfaces pull and compress stress coexist at the same time. Spindle bearings pillowling installation site for stress concentration, the maximum stress value of 195.6MPa, the site easy to produce deformation or cracking. Through the numerical simulation, the size and distribution of residual stress in castings can be obtained, which can provide reference for design and optimization of ram structure.
