目的探讨不同甲状腺功能状态患者体内胰岛素样生长因子 1(IGF-1)水平变化及其意义。方法采用放射免疫法检测甲状腺功能亢进症 (甲亢 )患者 2 2例 ,原发性甲状腺功能减退症 (甲减 )患者 16例和正常对照组 2 0例血清 IGF-1水平 ,观察甲亢组和甲减组治疗前后 IGF-1水平变化及其与骨密度 (BMD)的关系。结果甲亢患者血清 IGF-1水平明显增高 ,甲减患者血清 IGF-1水平降低 ,有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,两组 IGF-1水平与骨密度有相关性 ;治疗后甲亢组 IGF-1水平有所下降 ,BMD值平均上升 8.6% ,但治疗前后无显著性差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,甲减组 IGF-1恢复正常 ,BMD也上升至正常水平 ,与 IGF-1相关性消失。结论不同甲状腺功能状态下 IGF-1水平存在差异 ,IGF-1可能与其他因素共同介导了甲状腺功能异常患者骨的代谢过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) in patients with different thyroid function status and its significance. Methods Twenty-two patients with hyperthyroidism (Hyperthyroidism), 16 patients with primary hypothyroidism (Hypothyroidism) and 20 normal controls were enrolled in this study. Serum IGF-1 levels were measured by radioimmunoassay. The change of IGF-1 level before and after subtraction therapy and its relationship with bone mineral density (BMD). Results The level of serum IGF-1 in patients with hyperthyroidism was significantly increased, while the level of serum IGF-1 in patients with hypothyroidism was significantly lower than that in patients with hypothyroidism (P <0.05). IGF-1 levels in the two groups were correlated with bone mineral density The level of IGF-1 decreased, the average value of BMD increased by 8.6%, but there was no significant difference between before and after treatment (P> 0.05). IGF-1 in hypothyroidism returned to normal, BMD also increased to normal level, -1 The correlation disappears. Conclusions There are differences in the levels of IGF-1 in different thyroid function states. IGF-1 may be associated with other factors to mediate the bone metabolism in patients with thyroid dysfunction.
