目的分析东营市手足口病病原学特征,为制定手足口病防控措施提供参考依据。方法对东营市2010年-2013年各县区手足口病临床诊断病例送检标本898份,提取病毒RNA,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time PCR)检测技术检测手足口病病原核酸。结果手足口病发病季节高峰在5月、6月、7月、8月,以7月最高。季节、年龄、性别、地域分布等因素均可影响手足口病的流行,东营市手足口病病原呈多型别共存,每年优势病原均发生变化,重症病例病原学分型以EV71为主。结论手足口病重症的病原学检测结果以EV71为主,EV71型毒株是近年来引起手足口病重症病例的优势毒株。提示不同型别肠道病毒的致病性、毒力、所致疾病临床类型不相同。
Objective To analyze the etiological characteristics of hand-foot-mouth disease in Dongying city and provide references for the prevention and control measures of hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods A total of 898 specimens of hand-foot-mouth disease diagnosed in Dongying City from 2010 to 2013 were collected. The viral RNA was extracted and real-time PCR was used to detect pathogenic nucleic acid of HFMD . Results The peak season of hand, foot and mouth disease occurred in May, June, July and August, the highest in July. Seasonal, age, gender, geographical distribution and other factors can affect the prevalence of hand, foot and mouth disease, Dongying City, hand-foot-mouth disease coexistence of many types of pathogens, the dominant pathogen each year have changed, severe cases of etiological typing EV71-based. Conclusions The etiological test of HFMD is predominantly EV71, and EV71 is the predominant strain of HFMD in recent years. Tip different types of enterovirus pathogenicity, virulence, the disease caused by different clinical types.
