在大鼠心脏冠脉左前降支结扎造成的心肌缺血模型上,观察冠脉结扎前1h硝吡乙甲酯(Nit 20mg/kg)灌胃,对心肌缺血损害时血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)及心律失常的影响。结果显示:Nit可降低缺血和复灌时血清CPK(P<0.05);减少缺血复灌性室性心律失常发生率,缩短室性心律失常持续时间(P<0.01)。说明Nit对实验性心肌缺血损害具有保护作用。
