为周边数控关联企业培养职业素养高、岗位能力强的实用人才是技工院校数控专业的培养使命。为切实确保技能培养与岗位需求的吻合,学校除了深化教学改革,加强基础建设,还要在传统试卷考核单一评价的基础上拓建由学校、企业、学生多方共同参与的督导巡查、项目总结、企业顶岗、自我认识等综合评价及反馈系统,从而确保数控技能人才培养与企业岗位需求的无缝对接。
For the surrounding NC-related businesses to cultivate high professional qualifications, job positions and practical talents is a training mission of NC professionals in technical institutions.
