目的动态监测和分析澂江县居民食用碘盐状况,为持续消除碘缺乏病提供科学依据。方法按东、西、南、北、中5个不同方位抽取5个镇,每个镇随机抽取4个行政村(社区),其中2个行政村(社区)在镇政府所在地及其附近抽取,另外2个行政村在距镇政府5 km以外的村或非碘盐率较高的村抽取。每个行政村(社区)随机抽取15户居民食用盐样,检测盐碘含量。数据处理采用SPSS软件进行统计学分析,率的比较用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 2007-2010年澂江县居民户碘盐合格率为90.61%,合格碘盐食用率为85.99%,非碘盐率5.09%。碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率逐年提高,非碘盐率2008年达到峰值后逐年降低,到2010年,碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均大于95%,非碘盐率小于5%。碘盐合格率凤麓镇(93.01%)高于海口镇(87.12%)(P<0.05),合格碘盐食用率凤麓镇(92.02%)高于阳宗镇(77.54%)(P<0.01),非碘盐率凤麓镇(1.06%)低于阳宗镇(15.58%)(P<0.01)。结论澂江县居民碘营养水平不断改善,2010年居民户碘盐覆盖率、合格碘盐食用率已达到国家消除碘缺乏病标准。
Objective To monitor and analyze the status of iodized salt consumed by residents of Qijiang County in order to provide a scientific basis for the continuous elimination of iodine deficiency disorders. Methods Five towns were selected from five different orientations, namely east, west, south, north and south. Four administrative villages (communities) were randomly selected from each town. Two administrative villages (communities) were taken at the township government location and its vicinity. The other two administrative villages were taken from the villages 5 km away from the town government or villages with higher rates of non-iodized salt. Each administrative village (community) 15 households randomly selected salt samples, salt iodized content. Data processing using SPSS software for statistical analysis, rate comparison using χ2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The qualified rate of iodized salt of household in Qijiang County from 2007 to 2010 was 90.61%, the rate of qualified iodized salt was 85.99%, and the rate of non-iodized salt was 5.09%. The pass rate of iodized salt and the rate of qualified iodized salt increased year by year. The non-iodized salt rate decreased year by year after reaching the peak in 2008. By 2010, the coverage of iodized salt, the qualified rate of iodized salt and the qualified iodized salt were all above 95% Iodized salt rate of less than 5%. The passing rate of iodized salt was higher in Fenglu Town (93.01%) than in Haikou Town (87.12%) (P <0.05). The eating rate of qualified iodized salt in Fenglu Town was higher than that of Yangzong Town (92.02%) (P <0.01 ), And non-iodized salt rate was lower in Fenglu Town (1.06%) than in Yangzong Town (15.58%) (P <0.01). Conclusion The iodine nutrition of residents in Qijiang County has been continuously improved. In 2010, the coverage rate of iodized salt and the rate of qualified iodized salt have reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.
