通过体育锻炼来治疗疾病,越来越受到人们的重视.这方面我国有自己独特的养生思想和许多传统的健身方法,如气功、按摩以及各种各样的体操.它们大多来自民间.通过人们长期的实践证明,只要锻炼得法,这些方法对预防、治疗某些疾病,效果明显.我国传统健身方法的另一特点是简单易行,它不需要特殊的体育器械,也不受场地的限制.近年来,传统健身法越来越受到国内外的重视.应读者要求,本刊将陆续向读者介绍一些中国传统健身方法.
Through physical exercise to treat diseases, more and more attention has been given to people, and in this regard our country has its own unique health-care thinking and many traditional methods of fitness such as Qigong, massage and various kinds of gymnastics, most of which come from the people. Long-term practice proves that these methods are effective in preventing and curing certain diseases as long as they are exercised.Another characteristic of Chinese traditional fitness method is that it is simple and does not require special sports equipment and is not limited by the site.
