设计者界定了中国社会治理的内涵和外延,阐述了中国社会治理评价的目标和原则,同时提出了一个包含人类发展、社会公平、公共服务、社会保障、公共安全和社会参与等六个基本维度的中国社会治理评价指标体系,并介绍了中国社会治理指数的测评方法。在设计者看来,这六个评价维度构成了中国社会治理评价指标体系基本框架的六大支柱,体现了民主、法治、公平、正义、稳定、参与、透明、自治等社会治理的重要价值和理念,引领着社会管理创新的发展方向。
The designer defines the connotation and denotation of social governance in China, elaborates the goals and principles of social governance evaluation in China, and puts forward six basic dimensions including human development, social justice, public service, social security, public safety and social participation China’s social governance evaluation index system and introduced the evaluation method of China’s social governance index. In the opinion of the designers, these six evaluation dimensions form the six pillars of the basic framework of China’s social governance evaluation indicator system and embody the important values of social governance such as democracy, rule of law, fairness, justice, stability, participation, transparency and autonomy Concept, leading the direction of social management innovation.
