吉林省坚持以科学发展观统领发展全局,围绕振兴吉林老工业基地中心任务,抓住历史机遇,合力攻坚破难,制约吉林改革发展的难题逐步得到破解,摆脱了老工业基地举步维艰的困难局面,经济社会初步走上了又好又快发展的轨道。
Jilin Province insisted on using the scientific development concept to guide the development of the overall situation and gradually revived the difficult task of rejuvenating Jilin’s old industrial base by grasping historical opportunities and breaking through hardships with difficulties.
