补中益气汤出自李东垣《脾胃论》,由黄芪,人参、白术、陈皮、升麻、柴胡、当归、炙甘草八味药组成,有调补脾胃、升阳益气之功,是治内伤脾胃,脾胃气虚三代表方,广泛运用于内、外、妇、儿等疾病,笔者临床用后所得,略举二例、共同道参考。 1 病例介绍 朱某,女,24岁,1985年4月16日因产后月余恶露淋漓不断而就诊,检查恶露量多色淡红、质稀薄、无臭味、小腹有空坠感、神倦懒言、面色苍白无华、舌淡、脉缓弱,证属气虚失摄。治宜补气摄血、拟以补中益气汤加味,处方:黄芪15、党参、白术、炙草、升麻、当归、柴胡、白芍各10克,陈皮5、加鹿角胶、艾炭各5克,以温阳益气摄血。
