观察延寿丹及其撤方对小鼠过氧化脂质和脂褐素的影响。结果表明,延寿丹在体内能抑制正常小鼠肝匀浆过氧化脂质生成,并能降低小鼠脑、心、肝、肾和血脂褐素含量。提示延寿丹可能有益于维持体内自由基的动态平衡,保护细胞免受损伤。
Observe the effect of Yanshoudan and its withdrawal on lipid peroxidation and lipofuscin in mice. The results showed that Yanshoudan could inhibit the production of lipid peroxide in liver homogenate of normal mice and reduce the content of brain, heart, liver, kidney and blood lipofuscin in mice. Tip Yanshoudan may be beneficial in maintaining the homeostasis of free radicals in the body and protecting cells from damage.
