现行《全日制小学数学教学大纲》把“分数的初步认识”的教学要求,从1978年《大纲》的“初步理解分数的意义,能够计算简单的同分母分数加、减法。”修改为“初步认识分数,能够计算简单的同分母分数加、减法,为学习小数作一些准备。”这里,变化有二:一是把“初步理解分数的意义”改成了“初步认识分数”,二是增加了“为学习小数作一些准备。”这两点变化,使得尺度更易把握,要求更加清楚明确。
