There are 566 large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises in Zhejiang Province, accounting for about 20% of the total number of state-owned enterprises and accounting for about 40% of the large- and medium-sized enterprises. The net value of fixed assets, total industrial output value, and profits and taxes created by large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises account for more than 70% of the total state-owned economy. It is the dominant force of the state-owned economy of the province, and the vast majority of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises are our province. The backbone enterprises in basic industries, pillar industries and leading industries. The reform of state-owned large and medium-sized enterprises is the top priority of the entire “Ninth Five-Year Plan” economic system reform. I.
