目前美国正在掀起新一轮以人工智能为核心的科技创新浪潮。在这轮创新浪潮中,美国突破了过去类似硅谷那种郊区模式,城市中心成为创新区,确立起一种“中心主软、边缘主硬”的城市创新空间格局,形成了以创业孵化器或加速器为特征的新型科技商业模式。广州正在推动的“IAB”计划反映了这种趋势,目前应该把握城市科技革命趋势,吸收美国科技创新经验,着力优化城市中心创新空间结构,提升城市中心的孵化器、加速器、共享工作空间等功能,以包容性的城市环境促进科技人才快速集聚。
