观察到了多畴结构铁电液晶的灰度显示现象 ,测量了表面稳定铁电液晶像素透射率与驱动电压的依赖关系 ,研究了液晶盒导电玻璃RC常数以及驱动脉冲持续时间对器件电光响应波形的影响。对这几种情况所得到的光电倍增管的响应波形作了分析和解释 ,同时对产生这种灰度现象的机理作了讨论。
The grayscale display of multi-domain ferroelectric liquid crystal was observed. The dependence of the transmittance on the driving voltage of the surface-stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystal was measured. The effects of the RC constants and driving pulse duration on the electro-optic response of the device were investigated. influences. The response waveforms of the photomultiplier tubes obtained in these cases are analyzed and explained, and the mechanism of generating this gray phenomenon is also discussed.
