为鉴定煤矿火灾事故封闭火区内不同煤种生成气体组分及研究其变化过程,通过热重试验确定煤燃烧阶段的温度范围。用双管电炉自制程序升温系统,进行4种不同变质程度的煤的燃烧试验,分析生成的CO和CO_2体积分数、耗氧量及CO初现温度变化规律。结果表明:褐煤、气煤、焦煤和瘦煤燃烧阶段温度分别为247~433℃,279~542℃,313~574℃和333~618℃;随着变质程度增强,生成CO气体的初始温度滞后且CO的生成量减小,CO体积分数最大值和总浓度升高,CO_2体积分数最大值和总体积分数下降;燃烧阶段O_2,CO和CO_2体积分数与温度有二次函数关系。
In order to appraise the gas composition of different kinds of coal in closed fire zone of coal mine fire accident and study its changing process, the temperature range of coal combustion stage was determined by TG test. The combustion of coal with four different metamorphic grades was carried out by using a two-pipe electric furnace-made temperature program. The CO, CO_2 volume fraction, oxygen consumption and the initial temperature of CO were analyzed. The results show that the combustion temperature of lignite, gas coal, coking coal and lean coal are 247 ~ 433 ℃, 279 ~ 542 ℃, 313 ~ 574 ℃ and 333 ~ 618 ℃ respectively. With the increase of metamorphism, the initial temperature of CO gas lags behind And the formation of CO decreased, the maximum of CO volume fraction and total concentration increased, the maximum volume fraction of CO 2 and total volume fraction decreased. The volume fraction of O 2, CO and CO 2 in combustion stage had a quadratic function with temperature.
