1病历摘要患者，女性，37岁，汉族。四左侧股内侧、腹股沟及整个外阴部出现暗红色增殖性斑块，伴展痒感6年、行走不便2月余人院。患者于1992年春季开始发现左侧大阴唇上方及同侧股部相继出现数个黄豆大暗红色小给节，并逐渐扩大、相互融合成斑块状，自觉局部发硬伴侵痒。近6年
Patient, female, 37 years old, Han nationality.
