阳光体育的概念在我国产生已久,很多高校在开展体育教学的过程中,开始将阳光体育的概念融入到其中。但是,目前我国高校体育教学在应用阳光体育理念的过程中,还存在很多问题。因此,本文对目前阳光体育在我国高校体育教学应用中存在的问题进行了探讨,进而提出了促进我国高校体育教学改革和完善的策略。
The concept of sunshine sports in our country has long been a long time, many colleges and universities in the process of physical education, began to incorporate the concept of sunshine sports into them. However, there are still many problems in the process of applying the concept of sunshine sports in college physical education in our country at present. Therefore, this article discusses the current problems in the application of sunshine sports in college physical education in our country, and puts forward some strategies to promote the reform and perfection of college physical education in our country.
