本文扼要说明了高台阶开采命题的内涵和提出的背景,分析了主张高台阶开采的主要论据,对高台阶开采的合理性,现实性提出了质疑:指出,露天矿台阶高度的确定是露天开采优化的重要组成部份,确定最优台阶高度的准则是露天矿开采全期的正现金流量最大;论证了高台阶开采不是我国深凹露天矿的技术发展趋势,也不是当前挖潜增产的主要途径;文章给出了露天矿采出矿岩运输功与台阶高度的函数关系。
