多种原因将导致隧道在长期运营过程中产生多种形式的病害,拱顶处存在空洞和裂缝是其中最常见的病害。本文采用ANSYS数值模拟分析软件对隧道拱顶处存在空洞或裂缝时二次衬砌结构的受力状态进行模拟分析,通过模拟分析得知,拱顶处的这两种病害形式将显著改变结构的受力状态,增大二次衬砌结构受拉破坏的可能性,不利于衬砌结构继续承担荷载。因此拱顶部位出现空洞和裂缝后,要加强对隧道裂缝变化过程的长期持续监测,密切关注其发展状态,同时应及时采取维护加固措施进行处理。
A variety of reasons will lead to various forms of tunnel disease during long-term operation. Vacancies and cracks in vaults are the most common diseases. In this paper, ANSYS numerical simulation software is used to simulate the stress state of the secondary lining structure when there are holes or cracks in the tunnel vault. Through the simulation analysis, it is found that the two disease forms at the vault will significantly change the structure Force status, increasing the possibility of tension failure of the secondary lining structure is not conducive to the lining structure to continue to bear the load. Therefore, after voids and cracks appear in the vault, long-term continuous monitoring on the process of tunnel crack cracking should be strengthened and the development status of the tunnel cracked should be closely monitored. At the same time, maintenance and reinforcement measures should be taken in time to deal with them.
