回顾近几年的国企国资改革历程,2015年、2016年分别是国企国资改革政策出台年与政策落地年,2017年是实施“十三五”规划的重要一年,也是供给侧结构性改革的深化之年。2016年改革亮点纷呈从2015年9月党中央、国务院颁布实施《关于深化国有企业改革的指导意见》以来,2016年中央先后有7个专项配套文件出台,国资委会同有关部门也出台了36个配套文件和“1+N”文件体系及相关细则,
