收集肾血管平滑肌脂肪腐9例（11个肾），其中行肾切除1个，肾部分切除2个，肿瘤剜除8个。认为B超、CT扫描在术前可以常规对肾血管平滑肌脂肪瘤作出诊断。对肿瘤的病理生理、诊断和外科治疗进行讨论。
9 cases of renal vascular smooth muscle fat collection (11 kidneys), including a nephrectomy, partial nephrectomy 2, tumor removal 8. That B-ultrasound, CT scan can be routine in the diagnosis of renal angiomyolipoma. The pathophysiology of the tumor, diagnosis and surgical treatment are discussed.
