充分利用外资来扩大我国出版业的经营规模,是十分必要的。但是,要遵循“安全”、“有效”的原则,要注意绝不能被外资牵着鼻子走,乃至出让出版物内容的编辑权,失去了对出版物导向的控制能力。
It is very necessary to make full use of foreign capital to expand the scale of the publishing industry in our country. However, to follow the principle of “safety” and “effectiveness”, we must take care not to be taken hostage by foreign investors or even to the editorial rights of the contents of the publications and lose the control over publication orientation.
