I. INTRODUCTION The global financial crisis (GFC) in 2008 brought a tremendous negative impact on some of the world’s strongest economies, most of which have fallen into negative growth. However, not only did Australia experience positive economic growth, it also maintained its economic growth rate higher than the average growth rate of other OECD member countries.
