在新时期的高等教育中,更加注重学生在创新能力、应用能力方面的培养,尤其是具有创作性的美术职业教育,要求必须培养学生自身在创新方面的应用能力,之一将其打造成高素质人才。运用个性化的教学新模式,提倡教师主导课堂、学生为学习实践的主体,在调动他们主动学习态度时,激发了他们勇于创新的意识。这要求高等职业的教育必须落实教学的改革政策,进而突出对创新技能的培养,为此文章针对该能力培养展开研究。
