尊敬的各位领导、各位来宾：河北师大学报从创刊至今,已经走过了半个世纪的风雨历程。在半个多世纪的发展历程中．河北师大学报始终坚持为教学科研服务的办刊宗旨,坚持严谨求实的学风,推出了一大批高水平、高质量的学术论文,扶持了一大批学术新人,为中华文明的传承．为先进文化的建设做出了贡献。作为教育部期刊管理部门的代表,首先,请允许我向河北师大和河北师大学报的领导和历任主编以及全体工作人员表示由衷的敬意,向河北师大学报创刊50周年庆典表示热烈的祝贺!学术期刊是学术研究的重要环。学术研究的成果,最终都要在学术期刊上发表。目前,高校学报总数已占我国期刊的1/6,是我国学术期刊的一支重要的方面军,为繁荣发展我国科学事业做出了巨大的贡献。对于高校学报今后的发展,我想谈三点想法,供大家参考．

As a representative of the Ministry of Education’s periodical management department, first of all, allow me to express my heartfelt respect to the leaders of Hebei Normal University and Hebei Normal University, as well as the chief editor and all the staff, and extend my warm congratulation to the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the founding of Hebei Normal University. Academic journals are an important part of academic research. The results of academic research will eventually be published in academic journals. At present, the total number of university journals has accounted for one sixth of China’s journals, which is an important aspect army of academic journals in our country and has made tremendous contributions to the prosperity and development of China’s science. For the future development of university journals, I would like to talk about three ideas for your reference.
