《国务院关于制止乱涨生产资料价格的若干规定》是处理生产资料乱涨价问题的基本依据,各地、各部门要坚决贯彻执行。现根据国务院《规定》的精神,对处理我省乱涨价若干具体问题,作如下补充规定:一、凡是企业自行涨价的,或只凭上级口头同意、默许就涨价、加费的,以及各地和各主管部门(企业)“援例”加价、加费的,均属乱涨价。执行正式文件的错误规定而乱价的,也属于乱涨价。对检查出来的问题,定性要严肃认真,经济处理要合情合
