各市、县、自治县人民政府,省财政厅、省农垦总局:为了做好我省消化粮食政策性财务挂帐工作,现就我省1999年度消化粮食政策性财务挂帐的有关问题通知如下:一、根据1998年度末全省消化1991年粮食年度末粮食政策性财务挂帐进度,考虑到停收个人消化粮食政策性财务挂帐资金后各级财政的实际困难,1999年度各市、县及省农垦总局的消化粮食政策性财务挂帐任务仍按原定任务的75%进行考核,兑现奖惩(包括决定对市、县财政是否扣款)。具体任务数由省财政厅核定。剩余的25%消化粮食政策性财务
