目的观察手术暴露联合固定正畸治疗颌骨内埋伏阻生牙的临床疗效。方法对14例颌骨内埋伏阻生牙进行翻瓣去骨联合固定正畸牵引导萌治疗。结果应用导萌术矫治埋伏阻生牙14例,其中上颌侧切牙7例,上颌尖牙4例,下颌双尖牙3例,4~8个月萌出牙列排齐。结论手术暴露联合固定正畸牵引治疗颌骨内埋伏阻生牙矫治速度快、临床效果好。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of surgical exposure combined with fixed orthodontic treatment of impacted mandibular impacted teeth. Methods Twenty - four cases of impacted mandibular impacted teeth were treated with flap deboning combined with fixed orthodontic traction and guide. Results 14 cases of ambush impacted teeth were treated with guide sprouting, including 7 cases of maxillary incisors, 4 cases of maxillary canines, 3 cases of mandibular bicuspids and 4 to 8 months of eyelid dentition alignment. Conclusion Surgical exposure combined with fixed orthodontic traction treatment of impacted impacted teeth in the jaw faster correction, clinical effect is good.
